Group coaching, has the attention of 1:1 coaching, but delivered in a group environment, with far superior results. Group coaching sessions follow the format of having a strength element at the start of sessions that we coach you through, followed by supplementary & isolation strength movements, followed by some cardiovascular work at the end of sessions as a general rule of thumb. Some classes differ from this, which will be displayed on our booking app.
